His leadership ensured the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant exams that uphold the organization’s reputation for excellence.

A United States Air Force veteran and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Damon holds a Master’s Degree in Cyber Intelligence from the University of South Florida. Enticed by the Sony/PlayStation hack in 2011, George embarked on a journey into the world of IT and cybersecurity, driven by a fascination for how things worked and the high-stakes nature of the field. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Control Specialist at Seaspan, George is responsible for identifying cyber weaknesses and risks, and implementing controls to mitigate those threats where appropriate. With a degree in Cyber Security Management and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), George has a wide knowledge of the field and enjoys balancing his career with further learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.

After navigating the challenges of imposter syndrome in his early career, and with a newfound confidence from attaining his CISSP certification, George has found his niche in effectively communicating technical concepts to key business decision-makers.
