Intended for team leaders, supervisors, and managers who have had experience delegating assignments or responsibilities, this course is designed to teach you about the process of delegating. By assessing your attitudes and current practices as a delegator, you will explore effective delegation techniques and how to motivate and continuously develop staff. You will also learn to improve your process for delegating projects and assignments through experiential activities.
This course can be taken as part of the Advanced Leadership Certificate.
