What does the word "leader" mean to you? Using the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® (produced by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.), this course focuses on tangible steps that can be used to lead your team or organization towards desired outcomes. Based on 18 powerful leadership best practices, Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders® delves deeply into the process of leadership to improve your understanding of yourself and your leadership style. You will also explore the most fundamental work of leaders: Creating a vision, building alignment around that vision, and championing execution of the vision.

Note: This course requires the completion of an online questionnaire prior to the start date. Details, including a link to the questionnaire, will be emailed to registrants ahead of time.

This course can be applied to the Leadership CertificatePMI talent triangle

WatSPEED has been approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) to issue contact hours and PDUs for our courses. This course provides seven Power Skills hours under the Talent Triangle ®.
