When project requirements are difficult to define up front—or are likely to evolve due to volatility or unexpected conditions—an adaptive approach offers the flexibility needed to deliver results. This hands-on course introduces adaptive project management through agile simulations, real-world scenarios, group discussions, and interactive exercises that build both understanding and confidence.
You’ll explore how and when to use adaptive methods, even within traditionally predictive environments, such as construction or infrastructure projects, where certain components may benefit from more flexible delivery models. You’ll gain practical tools and techniques to manage changing requirements, control scope, reduce miscommunication, and keep projects moving forward—even when the path ahead is unclear.
