This course uses agile simulations, realistic project scenarios, group discussions, and hands-on exercises to teach you how and why to apply adaptive project management approaches. Upon the completion of this course, you will come away with not just project management theory, but the valuable tools and techniques needed to apply these theories to your own work.
This course is applicable to all project environments and industries for projects with components that are complex, difficult to define scope up front, likely to change due to a high degree of uncertainty and volatility, and best developed iteratively.
This course can be taken as part of the Project Management Certificate.
